This lab was a team construction activity that tasked my group with hanging a standard 2 liter bottle full of water from a horizontal peg, using only a sheet of paper and reinforcement glue circles. The catch was we needed to use the least amount of materials possible, and the bottle had to hang for a minimum of 10 seconds. While at first this seemed like a daunting task, my group quickly was able to hang the bottle using only a 3rd of a piece of paper, and the provided glue dots. This was a great reminder that bigger certainly isn’t always better.
