Your Role:

  • Act as the on-site manager, ensuring each event runs smoothly.
  • Assist with event setup, guest relations, and troubleshooting to ensure a successful experience.
  • Lead a small team of event staff, coordinating with university departments for seamless execution.
  • Oversee logistics and enforce safety protocols to maintain an organized, secure environment.

  • Preferred qualifications include management experience, access to a vehicle, and prior experience in customer service or events.
