The plants are continuing to get bigger and look promising for our harvest day (May 8th). We changed out the old water with a PH of 7.5 with new water with a PH of 6.3. By looking back at our system and the growth it has provided, it has been a very cost effective and efficient system for growing lettuce. Our lettuce looks just as healthy as it did at our initial harvest.
