Electric VW Bus project

The VW bus project is to convert a 1970 gasoline powered VW bus into a fully electric VW bus that can power from sustainable resources such as the sun.

This portion of the website is dedicated to showing our students converting the old bus from the 1970′s into a new(ish) bus for the future.

Our bus arrived with a bit of a “Woody” look.  It may have been neat when it was first installed, but it does not fit the look our project.

The wood panels need to go.

We have a garage to work in.

Need to do some clean up, add shelves… get it ready for moving full speed into converting our VW bus from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle.
