My academic career goals plan and how I will achieve them

In the spring of 2029, I will graduate from Eastern Mennonite University (EMU) with a degree in Leadership and Organizational Management, with a concentration in Aviation. After graduation, I plan to continue flying solo trips to build up my flight hours to 1,500, the required number to become an airline pilot. Starting now, I’m going to the gym five times a week, and I’ve stayed consistent with this for the past two years. Over the next two years, I also want to become a content creator focused on gym and fitness. To achieve my goals in small steps to stay track of my progress, the first small step is to Stay consistent, show up on time, Work on my communication skills, complete all my assignments on time, and Talk to my advisor three times each semester. The second step is to check my grades every week, attend all my class meetings, go to the gym five times a week, focus on maintaining a healthy diet, and find a study buddy in every class. The Third Step is to improve my English by expanding my vocabulary, reading lots of books, setting personal challenges every month to push myself, believing in myself, and staying disciplined so I can achieve anything I commit to. Doing all those small steps will help me to achieve my goals over time it becomes a routine you live by, and discipline plays a big part, and knowing the reason why you are doing what you are doing keeps you feeling driven about goals.
