For this activity, we were tasked with 3D modeling and printing our very own 2×4 LEGO brick. We modeled it with Autodesk Fusion using a YouTube tutorial and printed it on a Creality 3D printer.
I have a ton of experience in both 3D modeling and 3D printing, so most of this was not new to me, although Autodesk Fusion is a modeling software I had never used before. Most of my experience is in Blender 3D, so it was definitely cool to see how the two softwares were both similar and different. On top of that, I learned that I, as a student here, have access to the entire Autodesk suite for personal use for free! I will most certainly be learning more about Fusion and the other Autodesk
