August Fornoff

About Me

My name is August Fornoff and I am a sophomore at Millersville University. I grew up in Delta, PA, which is about 45 minutes south of campus, and was homeschooled throughout all of grade school. I dual-enrolled online at Harrisburg Area Community College during my junior and senior years of high school and was able to transfer 37 credits to Millersville directly after graduating high school.

My goal right now is to graduate from Millersville in December of 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Automation and Robotics Engineering Technology.

Another goal of mine is to intern during the summers of 2026 and 2027 at MDI Advantage, a controls and automation company, and to get an offer to work there full time after graduation.

This blog is being created for my FYEX 100 Learning by Doing class I am taking this semester (Fall 2025), and the pages that follow outline all the Learning by Doing activities my class was apart of this semester.
