The SMC Fitness Center will be holding a Biggest Loser contest starting March 21st!
The contest will be similar to the TV show and will last for six weeks. Contestants will work out once a week with a personal trainer and have a weekly team weigh in. Contestants will also be given homework to keep them accountable throughout the week. The contest will include plenty of exercise and nutrition tips!
More information and session times will be posted in the SMC Fitness Center after Spring Break. If you are interested in participating, signup sheets will be available at the Fitness Center Reception Desks (x3898) starting March 14th. Good luck to the participants!
This event is open to all Fitness Center Members
