SMC Fitness Center Team Fitness Challenge
FEBRUARY 28th- MARCH 4th
Teams of three people will compete in the
U.S. ARMY Physical Fitness Test.
– The U.S. Army PT test consists of 2-minute timed pushups and sit-ups, as well as a timed 2 mile run.
Men’s and Women’s divisions.
How do you stack up??? Compare your results to the Army standards.
Prizes will be awarded to top teams!!!
