8-9pm- Butts/Guts/Toning

TUESDAY
6-7pm- Zumba
7-8pm- Pilates

WEDNESDAY
*4-5pm- Spin- COMING SOON
6-7pm- Bootcamp
7-8pm- Butts/Guts/Toning

THURSDAY
*12:15-12:45pm- Begin to Spin- COMING SOON
6-7pm- Zumba
7-8pm- Yoga

FRIDAY
*11am-12pm- Spin- COMING SOON

SATURDAY
6 -7pm- Kickboxing

*ALL CLASSES TAKE PLACE IN THE OPEN REC AREA LOCATED IN THE SMC FITNESS CENTER

*YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID MEMBERSHIP ID IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE SMC FITNESS CENTER

*CLASSES ARE FREE OF CHARGE TO ALL FITNESS CENTER MEMBERS. FOR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION, PLEASE CALL THE FITNESS CENTER AT 871-2167
