Subject: Brossman Science Lectureship

The 26th Annual Millersville University Science Lectureship, sponsored by the Mr. and Mrs. William F. Brossman Charitable Foundation and the One Book, One Campus Committee, will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in Pucillo Gymnasium. We invite you to join us for the evening presentation “The Physicist as Novelist.”

Our guest speaker is Dr. Alan Lightman, who is a physicist, novelist, essayist, and educator. As both a distinguished physicist and an accomplished novelist, Dr. Lightman is one of only a small number of people who straddle the sciences and the humanities. Dr. Lightman is the author of the freshman reading book, Einstein’s Dreams.

Admission to the evening lecture is free. No tickets are required. Please call (717) 872-3407 for additional information or visit http://www.millersville.edu/scienceandmath/files/LectureshipLightman.pdf
