- Field Hockey – Millersville was recognized by Zag Field Hockey/NationalField Hockey Coaches Association as one of 27 Division II programs to earn the NFHCA Division II National Academic Team Award.
- Softball – Millersville beat East Stroudsburg 5-4 in game one, but lost 6-4 in game two.
