New Officers/Board Named for Millersville Foundation

The Millersville University Foundation has announced its new board of directors and officers.

Effective January 2018 the following individuals began a three-year term on the board:

• Saul E. Fink PhD ’85, executive director, Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Brisol-Myers Squibb, in New Brunswick, NJ;
• The Honorable Gibson C. Armstrong, PA House of Representatives (retired), Lancaster, Pa.;
• Christopher T. Gibson ’20, student, Millersville University in Millersville, Pa.;
• Julie A. Lombardi, Ph.D., associate professor, Department of Wellness & Sport Sciences, Millersville University, in Millersville, Pa.;
• Kathryn R. Ross, chief executive officer, Kross Stategies, LLC, in Lancaster, Pa.;
• Angel Shelley-Royal ’02, certified school psychologist, School District of Philadelphia, in Philadelphia, Pa.;
• Suzanne J. Walstrum ’94, vice president of bankruptcy services, PRA Group, in Philadelphia, Pa.; and
• James D. Warner ’80, chief executive officer, Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority, in Lancaster, Pa.

• President: Anne C. Jackson ’78, risk consultant, RCM &D in Mechanicsburg, Pa.;
• Vice President: Saul E. Fink PhD ’85, executive director, Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Brisol-Myers Squibb, in New Brunswick, NJ;
• Treasurer: Stephen J. Fellin ’87, chief operations officer, chief financial officer and chief compliance officer, Schneider Capital Management in Wayne, Pa.; and
• Secretary: Benjamin J. DelTito, Jr. ’77, senior consultant, Biologics Consulting, in Alexandria, Va.

The Millersville University Foundation is a separate entity from Millersville University and its mission is to manage and invest endowed gifts for the University. It is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt public foundation incorporated to receive gifts which benefit Millersville University and to administer those funds in perpetuity in a manner prescribed by the donors. Today, the MU Foundation manages over 425 scholarship and program accounts, and holds assets in excess of $36 million. The Foundation’s activities are managed by an independent Board of Directors that includes leaders from the community, the alumni body at large and the University.  The Millersville University Foundation has announced its new board of directors and officers.
