Millersville’s Council of Trustees’ Action Items

Millersville University Council of Trustees (COT), at their regular meeting on June 12, considered Millersville University Foundation Endowments, as well as emeritus status of retired Millersville faculty.

The COT moved to approve four Millersville University Foundation Endowments including the J. Elvin Brenner 1909 Education Scholarship, the Joseph P. and Marianne S. Nolt Family Scholarship, the Richard Cecil and Clauda Pennock Todd Scholarships and the Council of Trustees Scholarship.

In other action, the COT considered the emeritus status for Dr. Carole M. Counihan, anthropology (1989-2012); Dr. Perry R. Gemmill, applied engineering, safety and technology (1981-2012); Dr. Kathryn A. Gregoire, social work (1979-2012); Dr. Marianne S. Kerlavage, art and design (1991-2009); and Dr. David A. Zegers, biology (1977-2011).
