New Campus Arts Center to Honor the Winters

The visual and performing arts center has officially been named to honor Dr. Charles R. and Mrs. Anita B. Winter.

When the new Visual and Performing Arts Center officially opens this fall on campus it will be called the Dr. Charles R. and Mrs. Anita B. Winter Center. The Winters have been long-time benefactors of the University and contributed a major gift in 2008 to the renovation and expansion of Lyte Auditorium into the University’s Visual and Performing Arts Center. Dr. Winter is a world-renowned medical surgeon, practicing for more than 40 years in Lancaster County.

Several areas inside the building will be named in recognition of University donors.
