The Historic Preservation Trust’s signature fundraising event will be held May 22 at MU Lancaster.

The Historic Preservation Trust’s signature fundraising event is scheduled for Sunday, May 22 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Millersville University Lancaster, 42 N. Prince St., Lancaster.

Local restaurants will offer food and beverages and there will be a silent auction stocked with a variety of treasures from many local and independently-owned businesses. Live music will be provided by local jazz trio Board of Education.

Tickets cost $75 for members and $85 for non-members, and may be purchased by contacting the Trust office at 291-5861. Tickets will also be available at the door for the same price. Proceeds will support the Sehner-Ellicott-von Hess House Fund (a.k.a. Trust headquarters).

The Historic Preservation Trust’s mission is to preserve and protect Lancaster County’s rich historic and architectural character through education, advocacy and direct action. All proceeds from the Gourmet Gala benefit historic preservation programs and services throughout Lancaster County.
