First Weekend in June

The first weekend in June, two events will be held at MU Lancaster as part of “The First Arts Celebration.”

The first weekend in June, the President’s Commission on Cultural Diversity and Inclusion presents “The First Arts Celebration,” with a McCaskey High School Art Exhibit and annual Community Concert, featuring Imani’s Edu-Tainers African Dance Company. Both events will be held at Millersville University Lancaster, 42 N. Prince St., Lancaster.

“The First Arts Celebration” runs Friday, June 3, from 5-8 p.m. The McCaskey Young Artist Exhibit, hosted by Millersville University, features students’ works of art and gives students a chance to exhibit their artwork in a professional setting. The exhibition is prepared by McCaskey’s art faculty and Millersville University’s art and design faculty.
