Parade Entries Sought

Entry applications are now being accepted for the 14th annual Millersville Community Parade. Applications will be accepted through October 1.  This year’s parade, “Wild, Wild West,” is set for Saturday, October 23 at 9 a.m.

The two-mile parade attracts over 2,000 participants annually and includes bands, twirlers, floats, antique cars, civic groups, fire and emergency apparatus, mascots and much more. The parade begins at Penn Manor High School, continues onto Herr Avenue and makes a left onto Landis Avenue. The parade then makes its way to North George Street, past the Millersville University Student Memorial Center, then finally a left onto S. James Street.

Entries are free and open to the public (except for business entities and political candidates, where a $150 fee is charged per vehicle/entity).
