Construction crews are hard at work on Millersville’s campus this summer. Two major construction projects are the expansion and renovations to the Student Memorial Center (SMC) and the new Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC).
The groundbreaking ceremony for the SMC took place October 24, 2009. This $35 million project, consisting of a 176,200 square feet expansion and renovation, should be completed by fall 2011. Groundbreaking ceremonies for the new VPAC took place March 30, 2010. The new $26 million, 88,492 square foot center should be completed by fall 2011. The following is a photo montage of the VPAC construction progress:

Nice photos; and at least for the VPAC ones you could see people working, that was good. Not so eerie then.
