The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) recently unveiled its new logo. Millersville University became the first of the 14 PASSHE universities to display the new logo, which can be found on two Millersville University police department vehicles.
The new logo was designed by Caitlin Wilson, a student from Shippensburg University. Her design was the winning entry in a logo design contest held by PASSHE and open to all PASSHE students.
