Strange Printing Happening? Blank Pages Printing?
There are reasons why blank pages will print from the printers in the labs:
- Some websites will block printing
- Paper mismatch error – the paper size does not match 8.5 x 11 – (could be A4, tabloid, or other non-standard size)
- Browser incompatibility
- Conflict with software
What can you do?
- Use print preview each time you print to see what is actually set to print
- Check the default document size – must be 8.5 x 11 to print properly
- Change browser
- Copy content into different software and then print
