Despite the spring semester quickly coming to a close, most likely we all still have a pretty long “to do” list.  Hopefully, on your list are a few items focused on your mentoring partnership.

This is the time of the year to think about the next steps in your mentoring partnership.  While there is no right or wrong choice, it is very important that you and your mentoring partner decide how you would like to proceed.

 

Here are some important items for your list…

1. Set up a time to meet with your mentor/mentee to discuss the next steps in your partnership.
2. Download and print the “Evaluating Your Mentoring Partnership” form. Take a few minutes to review and think about the questions before your meeting.
3. Let Andrea or Stacy know what you decide.
4. Take the 2012 Annual Mentoring Survey  before May 8th, and be eligible to win a $50 Visa gift card!
5. In your own way, express your appreciation to your mentor/mentee
6. Congratulate yourself for all your accomplishments this year!
