    • Wow! I never thought about assessment in that perspective. I tend to forget that my classroom may have more depth than students who receive general education and students who need to receive special education. Not only are immigrant children effected by assessments, but ELL students are, too. They’re not familiar with the english language depending on what level they are at, so if they are struggling with understanding what is going on in class, how will they be successful with an assessment?
