“Cake Boss” parties at Millersville’s 250th anniversary

The town of Millersville, Pa., hometown to Millersville University, is commemorating its 250^th anniversary. The year-long celebration got started in late February with “Dancing Through the Decades.” The festivities included a performance by Expressions, the University’s student dance club, fireworks, dancing and more.

The night featured a special cake that was a gift from Wiley’s Pharmacy in Millersville. Mauro Castano of Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, N.J., one of the stars of Cake Boss, a TLC TV show, delivered the custom designed cake and stayed for the evening’s fun.
