Description:
| In order to demolish Hobbs Hall, the power has to be secured. Isolating the building power will require a larger power outage affecting Lenhardt Hall, Hull Hall, Palmer Building and Bishop Building. |

Campus Impact:
| Power, communications (data and phone), and fire alarm systems will be inoperable at these building. |
