Description: Millersville Borough will be making improvements to underground utilities, roadway, curbs and sidewalks, as well as modifications to the ingress and egress areas of Boyer Parking Lot. In addition, Millersville University will be installing conduits across W. Frederick Street from Boyer Building to Philadelphia House.
Construction Timeframe: Beginning Date: July 9, 2011 Ending Date: October 31, 2011
Building Site Impact: Boyer’s parking lot spaces (south side only along W. Frederick St.) will be temporarily closed effective July 29 until September 30, 2011. Additional notices may be distributed, as this construction operation will continue over the next 90 days.
